Kate Healy is the founder of Empowered Cyber, a company that Empowers Boards, Leaders and Vendors with the cyber security knowledge to make better decisions and build better products and services.

Kate’s passion for cyber security has only grown over 25 years and she truly believes that by making organisations and solutions safe, we make Everyone safer.

Kate has held senior and executive roles in several of the worlds largest Banks, Telstra and Google where she has made a positive impact to the strategy and risk management of organisations.

Kate has been honored to be nominated as an inaugural Fellow of the Australian Information Security Association for her expertise, leadership and commitment to the cybersecurity profession and community.

With almost two decades global experience, including 5 years in Singapore, her skills in cybersecurity, infrastructure and risk management have helped organisations better understand and reduce their cyber risk.
