corporatespeakersaustralia.com.au is operated by Ascend Executive Retreats Pty Ltd trading as Corporate Speakers Australia (we, us, our). We book keynote speakers and MCs for conferences and events. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our website, by email or by phone, we collect the details you give us. This usually includes your name, email address, phone number and organisation. It can also include details of your event, such as the date, location, budget and the type of speaker you need, and how you heard about us.
When you visit our website, we also collect usage information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit.

- respond to your enquiry, including an automatic confirmation email when you use our website form
- call or email you to discuss your event and recommend speakers

If you are booking an overseas speaker or an event outside Australia, we may also share the details needed for that booking with people in that country.

We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law. After that, we delete it or remove identifying details. No method of storing or sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong or out of date. You can also ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligations we have. To make a request, email us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
