She has interviewed some of the world’s most famous faces, including Jane Fonda, Katy Perry and Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden. Together with her former Sunrise co-host Kochie, she also hosted landmark television specials such as TV Turns 50 and the Reach Out to Asia Tsunami Appeal. As an experienced master of ceremonies, Melissa brings warmth, polish and genuine connection to every event.
Melissa is also devoted to her charity work. She serves as National Patron for Make A Wish and as an ambassador for Westmead Children’s Hospital, World Vision and the National Breast Cancer Foundation. In 2016, she was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for her service to the community and broadcast media.
