Richard is the author of The Essential Entrepreneur, published by Wiley in 2023. The book covers what it takes to start, scale and sell a successful business. He built each of his companies from humble beginnings, including the dining room table and his children’s cubby house. His last company, ZEN Energy, continues that legacy today.
