Description
Franck Gazzola motivational speaker sessions come from an International Adventure and Documentary Photographer. His images are visually stunning and captivating. Franck used to wear a suit and tie in the corporate world. After 15 years, he left that life behind. He became an adventure photographer and filmmaker, working in some of the most remote and hostile environments on Earth.
Why book Franck Gazzola as your motivational speaker
Franck has explored under the polar ice. He also lived for four days and three nights on the bottom of the Pacific Ocean in a tiny underwater research habitat. He has sailed the Northwest Passage in the Arctic aboard a small expedition schooner. Along the way, he has documented our fast-changing environment. He works with some of the world’s most renowned scientists, often in extremely remote locations.
It was in Sydney in 2011 that everything changed. A fortunate series of events, involving explorer Jacques Cousteau, led Franck to make a defining change. He left corporate life to join “Under The Pole,” a pioneering deep-ocean scientific expedition. Since then, he has won multiple awards for his photography, and his work has been published by National Geographic, GEO and Red Bulletin. He is also a documentary filmmaker for major international TV channels, and has delivered a TEDx talk on his journey.
In his keynotes, Franck covers change management, risk management and teamwork, drawing on real stories from his expeditions, including a shark bite 80 metres under the surface. He is honest about the fact that he is no superhero. Instead, he is an ordinary person who does extraordinary things, and he shows audiences that meaningful change is always possible, no matter where you start from.
