It’s all about Attitude

This is a fun filled yet highly practical keynote that is extremely applicable for what businesses have had to go through over the last few years.

This keynote centres around how Justin took his last $50 and turned it into a Global brand in just 6 years. This was at a time when the internet had not really become a “thing”

When social media was not event a thought bubble, and when old school relationship building was the cornerstone of business success.

This is all about “old school is the new way”.

This keynote is about resilience, adaptability and simplicity being the keys right now.

The Year of the Customer Creating a Competitive Edge

Customers / Clients are crying out for engagement, entertainment, experiences and connections.

This keynote will show the audience that if they the “6 Non-Negotiables” that Justin will talk about, they will create raving fans out of their customers and clients who will spend more, refer more and stay loyal longer.

Understanding the customers / clients journey and what they go through to do business with any business will unlock a greater level of success with those customers.

This keynote is perfect for an audience to see that “Customer Service” is more than a department or a throwaway statement, It’s an Attitude!

Testimonials

I had the pleasure of meeting Justin at a corporate event about three years ago and decided immediately that I had to have him coach me. Over the past three years Justin has helped me lift my business to a level that I thought would never be possible.

During our fortnightly meetings with myself and other members of my team he continually helps us with great ideas that we continually implement. Whether its teamwork, culture, customer service, delegation, finance to name a few his knowledge is invaluable. Justin has also presented to our team of 48 on several occasions, which my team absolutely love.

Justin, when you launched the Entrepreneurs Mentor Club I jumped at the chance of having one on one sessions with you. At the time, keen to grow my business, I believed that it would provide me with an opportunity to review it through another’s eyes, highlight areas that needed attention and develop the processes required to take the business to the next stage of its development. Little did I know the degree to which I would personally benefit as well.

Our discussions have proved to be invaluable. I have gained a greater clarity – not the least due to your rather direct, “take no prisoners” attitude. You don’t waste time with platitudes, you go directly to the heart of the issue which on occasion can be confronting – that is exactly what I needed. My business is moving ahead and surprise, surprise – So am I!! And being a Finalist in the 2007 Excellence In Business Awards (Excellence in Entrepreneurship) is just the icing on the cake!

Thank you for your persistence, your patience and your “attitude”.

Cheers
