Since then, he has turned what he calls the worst day of his life into his greatest years. He now forges his best self to be a genuine example of hope for others.
Why book Matthew Caruana as your motivational speaker
Matt is an ambassador for Lifeline Australia and Basketball NSW. In 2023, he also broke the Guinness World Record for the most towel pull-ups in one minute. He has completed hundreds of speaking engagements across Australia. Alongside this, he co-delivers programs on life performance and wellbeing through his partnership with Seismic Jump.
Matt’s story has reached a wide audience beyond the speaking circuit. He is one of 15 Australians featured in John Brogden’s book, “Profiles in Hope.” He has also appeared alongside James Packer, Robbie Williams and Jacqui Lambie on Channel 7’s Spotlight program. In 2023, Seismic Jump launched Transform Hope Thru Action, a global social impact initiative that helps people turn aspirations into reality within both their personal lives and their professional careers.
In his keynotes, Matt builds on his own story to explore mental health, resilience, trust and fearlessness. His signature sessions include Power of Possibilities, Supporting Oneself and Others, and Turning Aspirations into Actualities. Every session is tailored to the needs of the audience. Time and again, his message leaves people moved and motivated to act, from corporate teams and conference audiences to school assemblies, and community organisations across the country.
